Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrice
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Orange food colour
  • 1/2 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook until all water drains and add the food colour on one side

  2. 2

    Wash the rice and cook it on medium heat, add salt and oil

  3. 3

    Cook the rice on low heat for 5min

  4. 4

    Biriani rice is ready
