In a bowl pour your mayo

Add chopped gherkins and parsley, salt and pepper and squeeze of lemon juice

Mix everything together and it’s ready. Put it in the fridge for about 2 hours or more so the flavors can come together.

As a variation you can add capers, grated carrot and even a boiled egg.
