Take a muslin cloth and hang the curd for about 2 hours till all the water from the curd goes out...

After that put the hung curd in a bowl and add powdered sugar,nutmeg powder and cardamom powder....Mix well.

Grate half the apple and mix it with the hung curd.Cut and keep some pieces for garnishing..

Now garnish the shri khand with chopped pistachios and apple pieces...

Serve chilled
