  3. 2 tbspgarlic paste
  4. 1 spoonGinger
  5. 5Maggi
  6. 1/4of salt
  7. 1/2tpsn of Daddawa
  8. 1/2 tspCloves
  9. 2 TbspYaji (pepper)
  10. 1/4of powdered orange peel

  1. 1

    Wash fish with toka(Ashes) and lime. Keep to strain for 5 mins, put in a wide bowl add maggi,garlic, ginger, onions daddawa, cloves, Yaji, powdered orange peel (pepper)to marinate leave for 30 min. Put in oven to roast.
