Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsMutton
  2. 4 tspginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 3-4chopped green chillies
  5. 1/2 cupChopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  7. To tastesalt
  8. as neededFor frying oil
  9. 1/2 cupgrated papaya

Steps

  1. 1

    Mince meat and grind it
    add all the masalas and mix.

  2. 2

    Now take meat and form into a ball
    Drop each ball in hot oil and fry until the koftas are properly cooked.serve hot.
