We usually sauté Broccoli or mix it with other winter veggies. This vegetable has lot of vitamins and antioxidant. I have prepared the recipe in different way. Hope you friends will try and like this. Very tasty and tempting.

We usually sauté Broccoli or mix it with other winter veggies. This vegetable has lot of vitamins and antioxidant. I have prepared the recipe in different way. Hope you friends will try and like this. Very tasty and tempting.

Put broccoli potatoes and green peas in a microwave safe bowl. Add turmeric, a pinch salt and 2-3drops of cooking oil. Mix properly and cook in microwave for 3 mins.

In a cooking pan heat oil. Add hing, panch phoron. Crackle and cook green chillies and onion till translucent. Then fry ginger-garlic for 1 min.

Now add tomato puree, rest dry masala, dahi and mawa. Cook in med flame till the oil separate.

Add half boiled veggies, 1 cup of water, adjust the salt, cover and cook till it's done.
Serve hot this yummy subzi with roti, poori or rice.
