Ingredients

  • 1 Bowlrice
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1chopped potato
  • 1sliced onion
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tbspcumin seeds
  • 2 spoonoil
  • 2 bowlswater
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a rice wash and soak for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    After that take a wok then add oil when oil heats add cumin seeds crackle it then and add potatoes, onions and peas, Salt, red chilli saute for 2 minutes then add rice and 2 bowls of water mix and cook

  3. 3

    Your healthy pulao is ready.
