Mix in besan suji Sugar curd salt and 1 teaspoon oil little water to make a little thick batter and keep aside. Rest it for two hours.

Grease muffin mould with oil and separate the batter into two portions, in one add one teaspoon of eno and immediately pour it into the moulds and put it in microwave for 2 mins. Cool and unmould. Repeat the process for the rest of the batter also.

If you do not have microwave u can use these mould and steam in cooker for 10 mins.

For tadka. Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds curry leaves and white til with little sugar syrup and pour immediately on the dhokla. Serve with green chutney and sweet chutney.
