Soak the bulgur in the specified amount of ice-cold water for 10 minutes. Then, grind it twice in a meat grinder with the onion. Add the beef and bulgur for a third grind, sprinkle in the kibbeh spices, and mix to form the kibbeh dough.

Sauté the onions and ground beef with the spices. At the end, add the nuts. Let the filling cool completely. Shape the kibbeh dough, stuff with the filling, and seal.

Fry the kibbeh in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.

Always use cold water to soak the bulgur for a crisp texture. Stick to the specified amount of water and soaking time.
