Add oil in a kadai, add onion once it turns golden add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell is out. Add tomato and lil salt and fry till it leaves oil in the sides. Add the veggies and required amt of water and allow the veggies to cook. Add chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well add 2 cups of water and salt. Add the vemicelli and cook til the vermicelli is completely cooked and garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with coconut chutney.
