Take one cup maida in a mixing bowl add curd, Salt, suji, greeted potato, baking soda mix them and make a soft dough with required water

Keep dough aside for half an hour

Now make small ball from the dough and make bhature with the help of rolling Pin

Deep fry it. bhature ready.enjoy with chhole
