Steps

In a bowl put besan,& rice flour,add salt mix it together.

Add all things together except oil.

Mix all things together,

Make a thick batter from this mixture with the help of water.

In a heat pan add oil,let it Heat.

Put the mixture in small portions like pakode in the oil.

Fry it in medium flame till golden.

Take it out from the flame.

Serve it hot _hot with spicey chutney.

Note__ we can also make greavy wali sabji from this pakode.
