Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl, add wet into dry ingredients and mix everything together

Grease a 10inch pan and pour batter into the pan, bake in a pre heated oven for 15mins

Slice cake into 2 and let it cool

In a bowl, add a cup of vizyon whipping cream, 1/2cup powdered milk and 1/2 cup chilled water. Mix until its fluffy and doubled in size,apply on the half slice to sandwich and cover with the other slice. Cream the whole cake with the cream and cut into 6 slices. Serve chilled.
