Ingredients

  1. 220 gbutter
  2. 500 gdark choclate compound
  3. 200 gsugar
  4. 2 tspvanilla essence
  5. 4large eggs
  6. 150 gflour
  7. 40 gcocoa powder
  8. Choc coins & almond flakes for garnish (optional)
  9. Other equipment
  10. 12in tin or 2x8in tin
  11. Parchment paper

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter and add choc compound. Mix well and let cool.

  2. 2

    Beat egg, sugar and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Add flour and cocoa powder.

  4. 4

    Mix in cooled butter and chocolate mixture.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into tim lined with parchment paper. Put garniah on top.

  6. 6

    Bake in 180 DegC preheated oven for 15-20 min.
