Heat deep pan and boil the whole milk. Continuously stir and boil and make the milk quantity is half.

Then add cashew and raisin and cardamom powder.

Add rice and stir. Cover and cook it almost 15-20 min till the rice almost done. Then add pure ghee and stir.

When the kheer completely cool then add dates jaggery and nice stir.
- 5
Garnishing some cashew,pista,raisin and dates.
