Soak the saffron in hot milk.

Soak and wash rice.

In a heavy bottom pan add water with required salt.

Add two cloves.
- 5
Add soaked and washed rice and cook till 80 % done.

When rice is done, add butter on to this rice and press it down.

Soaked saffron (in hot milk) drizzle over the rice and cover and cook for 4 -5 minutes to infuse saffron flavour.

Mix everything very well.

Serve Butter Saffron Rice.
