Ingredients

30 minutes
5 servings
  1. 200 gmchenna
  2. 5green chilies
  3. To tasteSalt
  4. 3Red chilli
  5. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  6. 300 ml Cooking oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the Chenna for 8 hours.

  2. 2

    Then in a mixer grinder add chenna, red chllies and salt make it as coarse batter.

  3. 3

    Make it into vadai shape and fry it in the boiling cooking oil.

  4. 4

    Fry till it becomes golden brown. Vadai is ready to taste.
