Cooking Instructions

To start the potatoes, grab a medium- small bowl, get olive oil and drizzle enough to coat. Then add your seasonings, pepper, salt and chili powder. Mix well till perfect.

Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. After 20 seconds or more add in potatoes. Stir occasionally making sure to not let them stick. After cooked through, place out on paper towel lined plate, and get the eggs started.

To start your eggs, heat a nonstick pan with out olive oil, on medium heat. Then crack eggs in a bowl, whisking up until finally mixed and pour into pan. Cook through (however much you like them) and place on same plate. Serve. ENJOY!
