Cut the potatoes in diced.

Now,add potatoes in the pan.Fry it for 5 minutes. Take it out.

Make the fine paste of mustard,cumin and garlic.

Heat the oil in same pan and add fenugreek seeds and add mustard paste.

Fry it for 5 minutes and add coriander powder, chilli powder, Turmeric powder and salt

When the aroma comes out from the spices add fried potatoes and peas.

Now,add 3tsp lemon juice into the curry.Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with chapaties.
