Heat the pan add butter,let it hot.

Add Garlic, sauty it.add onion, chopped chilli, sauty it.

Add chopped mushroom,stir it.

Now add rice,rice should be unwashed.

Add vegetable stock in little amount.stir it continuesly.add salt.

Add little water 4 times.cook it properly.

Ressoto rice will be sticky after cooking.it will be some crunchy.

Add chilli flax, origeno, veniger.mix it very well.add black pepper.

Add cheese mix it.

Serve it in bowl, sprinkle some cheese in it.

Now delicious ressoto is ready to eat.
