Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4chicken pieces (I used thigh)
  2. New potatoes
  3. Chorizo
  4. Red onion
  5. Olive oil
  6. Juice of 1 large orange
  7. Salt
  8. Oregano

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and dry chicken and potatoes. Put in a roasting tin. Add chopped onion, chopped chorizo, oil, salt and oregano. Mix well and cook at 200 for about 1 hour.

    Mix half way. Serve with the sauce :)
