Sock the fruit for days, cream the butter and sugar till the changes colour. sieve the flour add all the dry ingredients and mix

Whisk the egg with mixer add the liquid flavour and whisk. Start with the flour, add but of it to the cream butter mix add egg mix add the remaining flour and mix, now pur in the socked fruit and mix

Geese the pan with butter dust with flour then share the batter to 3 pans and bake in a preheat oven. Bake for 30mins to 50mins.
