Soak rice and urad dal overnight with little Fenugreek seeds

Grind into flowing batter

Add 1 teaspoon salt and keep for 3-4 hours.Mix properly

Take tawa sprinkle little water and oil and wipe it
Put the batter and spread it and cover it for 2-3 minutes change it's side let it cook for sumtime - 5
Again change it's side and apply tomato chutney or schezwan chutney put masala and dosa ready

Boil tur dal with tomato salt

Take kadai put oil, Rai let it flutter add chopped onion till golden brown add mashed potatoes

Add all masala mix well add ground nut, dry fruits and lemon juice

Masala ready for dosa

Take kadai add Rai, Curry patta, chopped onion and saute till golden brown, add chopped vegetable tamarind pulp, tomato and let it boil

Add all masala, Sambhar masala and boiled tuar daal. Sambhar ready

For chutney
In the grinder put coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, and all the ingredients and grind it well.
If want to put tadka dein take oil let it get warm add Rai Curry patta and add in chutney
