Steps

Blanch the leaves and prepare a puree

Heat oil and temper Fenugreek seeds

Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add cumin-coriander powder and tomatoes and saute

Add red chilli Powder and pour the puree

Add curd whisked with salt and makki ka atta
- 7
Mix all adding sugar and garnish with butter and serve.
