Besan Dahi Baray

In a bowl add dahi whisk well to this add, milk chopped coriander leaves, salt, zeera powder, crushed green chilles and garlic mix everything well and keep aside

In another bowl add 1 cup besan, 1/2 cup water mix well and set aside this batter to rest for 30mins

Now add garlic paste, red chilli powder salt,zeera powder, turmeric, baking powder and baking soda to besan mixture and combine everything well to form a smooth batter, see tht no lumps are formed

Heat oil in a kadai and fry baray(dumplings) of besan till golden brown

Now remove on plate

In a bowl take some warm water add little salt to this and soak this prepared baray for 10 mins

Now squeeze water from baray and transfer this to serving bowl add spiced dahi to this and add tempering upon that

For tempering - heat oil in pan add zeera once crackles add greenchilles and curry leaves

Besan dahi baray/dumplings are ready to serve
