  1. Brown beans
  2. Salt
  3. Crayfish
  4. Palmoil
  5. Onion
  6. Ginger
  7. Garlic
  8. Maggi seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the brown beans.wash and place back on the heat.grate in garlic,salt,ginger,and onion.when the beans becomes soft blend in crayfish,maggi seasoning and pepper

  2. 2

    Pour in palmoil and boil for 10minutes,turn then slice in vegetable to serve with it.
