Take a thick bottom kadai and add the Ghee. Let's melt the ghee in medium heat.

Now add the besan by little little proportions.mix it continuously in medium flame till it turns into golden brown colour. Make sure there is no lump in this.

When it gives nice Aroma and became golden brown colour switch off the gas. Quickly add sugar powder elaichi powder and dry fruits. mix it well then make laddoos. You can garnish with kharbuja seeds.
