Mix saffron in 1/4 cup milk

Boil remaining milk on low flame

Reduce the milk to half

Add sugar and saffron milk mix well

Mix cottage cheese and stir on high flame until it thickens

Add clarified butter and mix well

Switch off the flame and let it cool on room temperature

Pour on rectangular greased box and tap gently

Garnish with almonds and keep in fridge for 15 minutes
