Steps

Take milk powder+maida+bkng powder+sugar and mix well...add the egg +vanilla mix

Knead well and add the ghee and again knead....make any shape rolls/balls out of it...keep aside..

Take milk in a heavy pan and add the cardomom grinded and sugar and saffron...let it boil

Once it boils drop the malai rolls in to the milk......close with lid and cook for 5 mins....in between give a light stir...

Again close and cook for 5-8 mins.... add the rose water and stir lightly cook for another minute and switch off the flame....enjyyyy when hot or cold...
