Ingredients

  1. 500 grampishori Rice
  2. Rangi ya Biriani
  3. 700 gramboiled meat (pieces)
  4. 2large onions (pieces)
  5. 100 goil
  6. Salt
  7. 6Tomatoes (pieces)
  8. Hoho and dania (pieces)
  9. Carrot 2 pieces boiled
  10. Potatoes cut into half boiled
  11. 1/4 litresmala
  12. 100 gramTomato paste
  13. Pilau powder
  14. Bizari nyembamba
  15. piecesGarlic en ginger cu into small

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the rice when it almost ready mix a small paste of rangi ya Biriani en pour the paste into the rice en cover it with hot charcoal to dry

  2. 2

    For the soup take ur sufaria add everything at a go start with the boiled meat.

    Add garlic en ginger

  4. 4

    Add dawa ya pilau en bizari nyembamba.

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes, lala en tomato paste.

  6. 6

    Place it kwa jiko en cover it with a lid

    When all ingredients are well cooked add potatoes, hoho and dania

    Then fry the onions until golden brown

    Then add the onions into the soup add salt en wait for it to boil for 3 minutes.

    Serve Biriani rice with this soap.

    Enjoy with kachumbari en juice.
