This soup is a play on an Irish potato dish, colcannon. Made with the kale and potatoes, adding in hearty ingredients and turning this into a delicious, warming, comforting meal.

This is a traditional dish in Malta, it can be made using any fish however I would suggest trying it with Mahi mahi / dolphin fish, which to my opinion makes it even better

It is low FODMAP having onion and garlic replaced with other spices. Note, if you don't have IBS follow directions using garlic. The Asafetida Ground is an Indian spice used to replace garlic. It's hard to find, but you can get it on Amazon.com :)
