Heat a sauce pan and add oil, onions and later ginger garlic paste,

Add the pilau masala, meat and potatoes, give it a good stir

Add water accordingly, in this case i added 3 1/2 cups of water

Add rice and let it boil, cover with foil

When ready serve with kachumbari or coleslaw
