Chum Chum:
Boil Fresh milk, as it bubbles add vinegar and stir, as it has curdled, remove from flame. If not curdled and whey has separated can add more vinegar. Use strainer, make sure all water is drained, do not dispose whey can use to bind roti or naans.
Keep paneer on a muslin cloth (thin cotton cloth) and hang on tap for two hours. Now put paneer in a big bowl, add 1 tsp semolina and knead very nicely till it's like dough and smooth.
Make oblong balls and keep aside. - 2
Syrup:
Boil water and sugar for fifteen minutes, can add rose essence then put paneer balls in it and boil further more, till chum chum are soft.
Remove on platter, do filling if u like then sprinkle chopped pistachios and pour little sugar syrup on it.NB: i did mawa filling
Mawa/Khoya Filling:
Mix ol well and do filling
