Heat a pan put butter, then cumin seed.

Then add green chilli, onion. Saute till onion get translucent.

Then add ginger garlic paste, fry till get a good aroma.

Then add tomatoes. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala. Fry till tomato get done.

Then add paneer and mix well. And cook it for not more than 1 or 2 minute.

Garnish it with green coriander.

Enjoy this bhurji with chapati, puri or paratha.
