Take a 1/2 cup besan add salt make a thick batter.. Heat oil in a kadhai, put pakora batter in the oil help with finger, make a small pakoras..

Take a besan add buttermilk make a thin batter.

Heat oil in a deep pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ajwain, clove or turmeric powder, pour the butter mil batter.

Keep cooking heat on medium flame,and whisk continue.so till small bubbles start forming on top.

Add pakoras in a kadi, cook for 5 minutes..add salt or red chilli powder. Cook again for 10 minutes on. Medium flame.

Pakoda kadi is ready to serve with chapati or rice.
