Spaghetti Stir Fry

Dice the onions into small pieces

Grate the carrots

Dice the capsicum
- 4
Boil Spaghetti in pot of hot water

Drain and set aside
- 6
Put oil in pan and when hot fry onions. Add capsicum and continue frying. Add carrots and continue frying. Add turmeric, pilau masala, Roiko and salt to taste. Turn heat low and add cooked spaghetti and mix well.
