Make paste of onions and green chillies.

Make paste of tomatoes by grinding tomatoes.

Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, saute and add ginger/garlic paste to it, again saute and add onion paste to it.

Roast till onions leaves the oil. Now add turmeric powder, kashmiri mirch, red chilli powder and mix all well.

Add tomato paste and again cook till mixture leaves the oil. Now add amul fresh cream and stir regularly, also add milk and mix well. Stir regularly and add cheese cubes and mix well. Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 2 mins. After 2 mins add salt and kasoori methi and serve hot with naan or chapati. Garnish with grated cheese (optional).
