Chopped green & red capsicum. Make thin long slices of paneer. Keep all ingredients ready.

In nonstick pan heat olive oil,first roast paneer slices,till golden brown on both sides,then saute red & green capsicum for few minutes.

Cut foot long bread into 2 equal parts. Now slice them from middle both bread portion. Apply butter & pizza sauce on both sliced bread loaf.

Arrange sauted paneer slices...as shown

On it spread sauted red,& green capsicum pieces as shown.

Spread grated cheese as shown.

Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano. Bake in preheated oven on 200 C for 7-8 mins...it till cheese melt.

Cut into long strips. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
