This was what I served the adults at my little niece birthday last Saturday.

Wash the meat & marinate it with salt, garlic & Ginger paste, black pepper, & Cayenne pepper.

Mix it well and let it marinate for 6 hours, to infuse flavors.

Pre heat oven to 225 degrees, then,place the meat on the rack.

Let it cook, for half an hour then open to check with a fork. The meat should be brown & tender.

After removing from oven place on the deep rack, to allow better slicing.

The end product served with s Ugali & greens.
