Buttered Rice with Egg Sauce

Parboil the rice, wash and keep aside. Add to boiling water, add salt. Allow to cook. When properly cooked, strain out the water and add the butter. Allow to melt in.

Add the groundnut oil in a pan. Place on fire. Add chopped onions. Add chopped fresh pepper and tomatoes. Add the whisked eggs, curry, thyme.Add salt and cube. Allow to boil properly. Remove, serve with the buttered rice
