Check previous post for stew and cassava swallow.

For the white okro, cut okro into bits and pound a little so it will draw.

Put little water in a pot and set on heat add seasoning and grinded pepper and a low to boil.

Pour in pounded okro and allow to cook for sometime, if its too thick add water gradually so it won't be watery.

Serve along side cassava swallow and stew.
