Sweet chana dal cone

Soak chana dal 3 hours

Put chana dal in cooker and add 3 cups of water and whistle for atleast 4 to 5 so that chana dal gets cooked fully and becomes soft

By the time our chana dal gets cooked let's prepare cones for that take 2 cups of Maida and make soft dough by adding 2 tbsp.milk and 1 tbsp oil

Roll it round and cut from centre make 2 parts

Now wrap the cones to the cone maker I am using this aluminium cone maker

Keep ready all the cones and heat the kadai and add oil
- 7
Now insert slowly one by one cones don't add all.together and deep fry the cones until it becomes brown in colour

Let it cool then u remove the cones from the mould sometimes it comes out automatically while frying

Grate the jaggery

Now take out chana dal from the cooker and drain the remaining water and add to kadai and mix the jaggery g

Cook the dal until start getting dry like we make for purana poli

I have grated hear some dry fruits like for cashew and almond I have grated and pistachio I have cut into pcs

Now fill the cone fully wih a spoon let it goes till down inside

Now sprinkle the grated dry fruit to give beautiful look
