In a pot with boiling water add macaroni into the pot,stir it and cover the pot and parboil the pasta.after that, wash and rinse the macaroni.

Wash and grate the veggies... tomatoes, sweet pepper and pepper. Also pound the garlic and ginger.

In a pan add the oil slice the onions and add to the hot oil,stir it and add the grated veggies,ginger,garlic and curry stir all together and add the seasoning and salt......stir it again and cover the pan for 2-3mins.

Breaks the eggs whisk and pour it into the pan stir it and keeping stirring for 3mins.

Add the beef/chicken stock or water 30cl half cup stir it and bring to boil.
Add the parboiled macaroni and stir it all very well.cook for 4-5mins and finally add the washed spinach stir and allow to cook for 2mins.And wallah the macaroni in egg is ready to serve garnish with anything attractive.
