Bake Me Not Cookies #Author Marathon

My favorite-est cookie! What's better than not having to bake them? I have to warn you though....they are highly addictive. It's a miracle if a batch lasts four days in our home! We have cookie monsters here! 😜

My favorite-est cookie! What's better than not having to bake them? I have to warn you though....they are highly addictive. It's a miracle if a batch lasts four days in our home! We have cookie monsters here! 😜
Steps
- 1
Bring sugar, milk, cocoa and margarine to a boil.
- 2
Boil for 5 minutes. Timing is important.
- 3
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla essence and oats.
- 4
Mix and quickly spoon onto wax paper or aluminum foil lined pans. The dough will be hot! Be careful and work fast.
- 5
Shape the dough into desired shapes. I usually make balls or cookies. I patted some of them down. These cookies are approximately 6cm by 6cm. This recipe makes 50. You can vary the size of your cookie as per your needs/wants. ;) They will harden as they cool. To quicken the process I put them in the freezer. They are soft and chewy. Yum!
