Ingredients

  • 2 handfultamarind
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1onion
  • 1garlic
  • Green chillies
  • 2 tbspsugar optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the tamarind for 1hr

  2. 2

    Semi Pound the onion in a kinu.Put in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Then pound the garlic n lastly the green chillies.

  4. 4

    Sieve the juice from the soaked tamarind

  5. 5

    Lastly add the pounded ingredients to the tamarind n add salt n sugar

  6. 6

    Enjoy with viazi karai n bhajiyas
