Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour/maida
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupoil/butter
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1 tspvanilla essence
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 50 gtutti frutti
  10. Few dropsYellow food colour

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar with the help of a blender until light and fluffy.

    Add milk, vanilla essence, oil/butter, pinch of salt, few drops of yellow food colour to it and mix well.

    In another bowl take maida, baking powder, baking soda, three-fourth of the tutti frutti and mix them properly.

    Add this maida mixture to the cream and mix it with cut and fold method for 2-3 minutes.

    Grease the baking tray with oil/butter. Pour the cake batter into it. Sprinkle rest of the tutti fruttis on top.

    Preheat oven to 180° c. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.

    Cool it for 15 minutes and slice then.

    Eggless tutti frutti cake is ready to serve.
