Eggless tutti frutti cake recipe

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup (190 gms)curd
  2. 3/4 cup (170 gms)sugar
  3. 1 tspvanilla extract
  4. 1/2 cup (100 gms)oil
  5. 1,1/2 cup 260 gms all purpose flour
  6. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/4 cupwater
  9. 1/4 cup (60 gms)tutti frutti

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take curd, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well with the help of a whisk.

    Sieve maida, baking powder, and baking soda mix well and add water nd again mix all ingredients well forming a thick flowing consistency batter.

    Add in tutti frutti and give a good mix.

    First Grease the mould with butter very well to avoid sticking and place butter paper at bottom of mould, transfer the cake batter into the cake mould or bread mould (width: 12cm, height: 6cm, length: 26cm)

    Level up the batter twice. Place the cake mould into the preheated oven. Bake the cake at 180-degree celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes.

    Finally, serve the tutti frutti cake or store it in airtight container.
