Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupmaida
  2. 1/2 cupoil
  3. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 1/4 cupmilk
  5. 1 cupcurd
  6. 1 1/4 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspvanilla essence
  10. 1/4 cuptutti frutti

Cooking Instructions

35-40 minutes

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take curd, sugar, oil and vanilla extract.mix well with the help of whisk.

    Further sieve maida,salt, baking soda and baking powder.mix well using cut and fold method.

    Further add milk and mix well forming thick flowing consistency batter.

    Add tutti frutti and give a good mix.

  5. 5

    Transfer the cake batter into the cake mould.

  6. 6

    Place the cake tray into preheated oven. bake the cake at 180 degree for 35-40 minutes.

    Finally, serve the tutti frutti cake.
