In a bowl, take mashed potatoes. Add chopped onion, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and garam masala.

Mix together and make a dough.

In another deep bowl, take water. Mix little salt and red chilli powder.

Take a slice of bread and dip in the water slightly.

Place on your palm and squeeze excess water. Take little bit of the potato dough and place in the centre diagonally.

Fold one corner from a side.

Fold another corner of the bread from the other side.

Give a fish like shape with both your hands to seal the stuffing properly.

Make all the bread rolls in a similar manner.

Meanwhile heat some oil for deep frying.

When the oil is hot, put the roll and fry.

Fry until the rolls turn golden brown in colour.

Serve hot cut into halves.
