Whisk butter and sugar well.

Sift flour, cocoa powder, soda, baking powder and salt.

Add vanilla essence and food colour in butter sugar mixture.

Add sifted flour to butter mixture, mix white chocolate chocolate chips and mix well to form dough.

If you find dough to soft to work with, refrigerate for 15 mins.

Divide the dough in 35-40 small portions and make small balls.

Don't flatten them. Sprinkle red sand sugar on top of it and bake it in preheated oven at 350 F for abt 10-12 mins until they puff up and get cracks on it.

Take it out. Let it cool for a few mins and then place one one white chocolate button on top of each cookie with the slight pressure of thumb.
